Lean Executive Day, Feb. 7, 2012 – Lean expert practitioners, from various sectors including healthcare, government, service and manufacturing, will be meeting for a day to discuss their experiences, share their ideas and assist each other in the challenges they are facing as they move forward with implementing Lean. Some of the attendees will also be management representatives that are thinking about adapting Lean to their culture and transforming their organizations to provide better faster service while reducing cost and stress. This combination of experts and those just starting their Lean journey will make for an overwhelming exchange of knowledge throughout the day. It will be truly a unique day with open and valuable conversations that all of us will learn from.
