Following an Introduction to Lean methods and goals, our clients work with a Senior Lean Advisors Consultant to identify their organization’s existing Value Streams, assess key opportunities for improvement, and develop a high level strategy- complete with measures, timeframes, resource requirements, and success criteria.

A Lean Advisors our Senior Consultants conduct an investigation of the current situation, reviewing strategies, directions, key metrics, and specific Value Streams.  The respective roles of leadership, staff, and end-to-end processes are then assessed, culminating in the design of an effective Implementation Plan/Strategy that reflects the best opportunities for achieving timely measurable results.
