“There are truly some amazing results and outcomes that no one thought was possible. And transformation of people that truly leaves one speechless. Lots of examples of staff who have worked in the system for 20+ years who only now feel like we are truly trying to empower frontline staff in the work of improvement.
I do remember the D-system, and the original work that we did when you were here teaching us how to value stream map for the first time. We now use VSM as a key tool at the front end of any process we are thinking of improving. What a great legacy to the work you started with us Mike.”
