Holly Blair, P. Eng. - Senior Consultant - Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt + Change Management
Holly Blair is an enthusiastic and curious leader with over 15 years of experience, committed to making a difference for people and empowering them to achieve success. Holly is a creative problem solver with passion for continuous improvement, process engineering, systems thinking and performance coaching with a track record of successful process improvement projects.
Holly began her career in the chemical processing industry, working as a process engineer for Agrium making nitrogen based fertilizer for nearly 10 years. She gained practical experience in operations, project management and turnaround execution. Near the end of her employment with Agrium she was trained in Lean Six Sigma and achieved her Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in 2016 after completing projects to optimize the plant’s cooling water system and maximize urea granulation production rates.
As a Lean Consultant, Holly has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, food processing, industrial fabrication and machining, oil and gas, nuclear, healthcare, and contributed to many entrepreneurial endeavors.
Holly is a dynamic facilitator of Lean Training workshops including lean LEGO simulations. A rare kind of engineer who understands people, Holly has a knack for distilling processes down to what really works.
