Lean Change Management
Melanie is a consensus-building facilitator and pragmatic leader for change management and continuous improvement programs at both the team and senior management level.
For 10 years, as an established coach and facilitator, she has built an excellent track record enabling in-house staff to sustain process improvements. Key to this success has been facilitation of agreement on conflicting priorities between various management layers and departments.
Equally familiar with union and non-union environments, Melanie’s approach to leadership in a change environment is pragmatic and results focused. She has also developed and facilitated both formal and informal train-the-trainer programs for in-house change and continuous improvement practitioners.
She provides training, coaching and project implementation guidance for organizations implementing continuous improvement, undergoing change, improving customer focus, quality, innovation, and competitiveness in meeting market and/or funding needs.
Melanie has developed and delivered client programs on: ‘Leading Change Management’, ‘Managing Change for Teams’, ‘Coaching for Innovation’, ‘Improving Customer Service’, ‘Facilitation and Presentation Skills for New Managers’, ’Success Strategies for Lean Leaders and Their Teams’, ‘Building More Lean Buy-In’, ‘Cultural Value Stream Mapping – Measuring the Hidden Wastes’.
