Sheri Phillips has over 20 years as a strategic senior lean, project management and change management consultant with extensive experience across a number of industries (including federal, municipal, nuclear, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, financial, retail, and IT). Additionally, she facilitates lean six sigma, project management, and change management training programs for McGill University, George Brown College, and other public and private sector organizations.
She specializes in leading projects, training, coaching, and developing others to create effective current state process maps, value stream maps, customer journey maps and future state maps, identifying process improvements, and ultimately building a lean culture in the organization. Her unique ability is in leveraging and engaging people’s strengths and ideas through effective change management methodology (ADKAR and Kotter) to instill a lean improvement mindset.
Client list includes Ontario Power Generation, CIBC, Centre for Probe Development and Commercialization, IIBYIV, provincial and federal government, and healthcare organizations.
Prior to consulting, Sheri worked with Sanofi Pasteur as a Senior Director, Industrial Performance overseeing the Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Risk Management and Learning & Development functions. At Sanofi Pasteur she led teams to improve compliance to 98% and reduce business process cycle times by 30%. At Teva Canada as a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Sheri led lean continuous improvement projects achieving $17M in improvements.
